About the Philippine Floorball Association

Philippine Floorball Association (PFA), formerly known as Floorball Philippines, is the national governing body of Floorball in the Philippines. PFA is a non-stock sport organization duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Philippine Floorball Clubs Association, Inc. The International Floorball Federation (IFF) recognized the Philippines as its 53rd member country in 2011. PFA aims to promote and develop Floorball in the three major islands of the Philippines–Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

We are the sole national organizing body of floorball in the Philippines, raising morally upright leaders and participants that aim to establish at least 30 clubs throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao; providing positive environment and equal opportunities for everyone regardless of race, gender, religion, and capabilities. We push for a cohesive and comprehensive national program that is financially sustainable, leading to a well-established national league and tournaments, producing internationally competent teams—contributing to the global growth of floorball.

  1. We are active proponents of floorball that are progressive, innovative, and attentive to the needs of our stakeholders.
  2. We organize and provide comprehensive floorball-related programs that ensure proper guidance and assistance for players, coaches, referees, and clubs through:

    • accessible and adaptable national programs;
    • objective talent identification and development;
    • integrated policy development for mass participation and the elite level;
    • participation in international training seminars.
  3. We strive to make floorball as a preferred and viable activity for all particularly in schools, barangays, and corporate organizations by conducting introductory demonstrations and seminars with avenues for sustained development nationwide.
  4. We foster a collaborative environment with other fields through both international relations and local partnerships in order to cultivate floorball growth.
  5. We generate sustainable funding for programs such as organizing and participating in local and international competitions, initiating cultural exchange activities, and conducting sport science research.
